A love letter to the overthinkers with ADHD.
ADHD in adults gets talked about more than it used to, but it’s still often misunderstood.
Distraction Chronicles is where I try to make sense of getting diagnosed and living with inattentive ADHD as an adult. Some of it’s personal, some of it’s practical. Mostly just some honest writing about what it means to overthink, mask, drop the ball, and still try again.
Why Distraction Chronicles?

Life with ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity isn’t linear. For me, it’s mostly fragments sometimes a blurry, foggy fuzz, sometimes bursts of clear skies, and moments tangled with threads almost lost. Here, I want to explore that tangle together through thoughtful posts, practical advice, and resources for those of us who live just outside the lines.
